Watersheds Canada was the successful recipient of an RBC Tech for Nature Grant, and it allowed them to bring the Natural Edge Program to 20 new communities across Canada, including our region in the Traditional Territory of the Saugeen Ojibway Nation.

In fall 2024, volunteers from our organization teamed up with the Aki Guardians at Bagida'waad Alliance to deliver the program to 5 properties as part of a pilot in this region.

Planting will take place in spring 2025 and we look forward to seeing these properties grow more resilient as time goes by.
